Founded in 1999 by Tim and David McMullen-Sullivan, Outtakes Dallas is one of the largest volunteer-operated nonprofit lesbian and gay film festivals in the nation.
Recognized locally and nationally, Outtakes Dallas continues to provide quality programming that educates and enriches diverse communities about lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people through the art of film.
Since inception, Outtakes Dallas has donated more than $70,000 to local charities and continues to support the community through various means.
Outtakes Dallas is underwritten by the Outtakes Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
